The Bushnell 2.5 x 42 Night Vision Monocular is the ideal device to provide vision in the conditions of low light and even total darkness. Combining compact and light design with advance technology such as high standard light-gathering technology and infrared illuminators, the Bushnell Night Vision Monocular is surely the ideal device to take along when you go camping or cave exploring or night fishing, as well as for security and surveillance. With Bushnell Night Vision Monocular you can be sure you can see even in total darkness.

Bushnell 2.5 x 42 Night Vision Monocular features advance light-gathering technology. First, it gathers any light available through the lens and focuses it onto an image intensifier. The collected light is then processed through a highly sensitive image sensor and electronics, the CMOS chips which create images of objects by converting the light into electrons. The electrons accelerate across an electrostatic field inside the intensifier and end up striking a phosphor screen, resulting in an image which is then displayed on an LCD display screen. Besides displaying images on the built-in display screen, the monocular can also transmit them to video camcorders, computer monitors, and television screens

How about when you are in total darkness? The Bushnell Night Vision Monocular offers a solution in form of infrared illuminators. The monocular includes two infrared diodes, one is constantly on, while the other can be set on or off. When there is no light source available, those infrared diodes can transmit imperceptible ambient beams, which becomes a light source to be gathered and amplified by the monocular, so that you can still see things in total darkness.

The Night Vision Bushnell Monocular has a good 42 mm objective lens and 2.5 times magnification. Its focus distance is 4 feet and its viewing range is 400 to 600 feet. It has field of view of 79 feet at 1000 yards. It is versatile, having dimensions of 6.7 x 3.7 x 2.7 inches and weight 14 ounces. It is equipped with hand strap and tripod mount.

So now with the Bushnell Night Vision, there is no more blind darkness.
